Duplicate recording slice prevention

We’ve updated our server side code to detect and discard duplicate slices sent by our Pipe recorder.

Until now, this issue could’ve occurred whenever the Pipe recorder was disconnected and then reconnected during a recording.

Recordings that contained duplicate slices could’ve displayed some minor artifacts during playback, issue which is now fixed.
