  1. Fixed an issue with the (rare) connection_timeout error blocking the UI when received on all initial connection attempts to EU2 and on all but the 1st connection attempt towards US1 & US2.
  2. Fixed an issue with the (rare) connection_timeout error blocking the UI when received on one of the 30 re-connection attempts made when a connection to our ingestion/media servers is lost.
  3. Also improved the messages shown around re-connection attempts.
