Fixes and improvements for Account Dashboard

  1. We fixed the audio/video playback modal at /recordings on different browser widths;

  2. There was an issue with the /recordings page scrolling to the top when clicking Play, Origin, or Edge on any recording in the list. As a result, after closing the Playback window, the user needed to scroll back down to reach the same point. Now, it behaves as expected;

  3. We migrated the site from Bootstrap 3.3.7 to Bootstrap 3.4.1.
