Modern ES6 Syntax for pipe.js 2.0

We’ve upgraded the 2.0 pipe.js and pipe.min.js builds to utilise modern ES6 syntax. Browser support remains consistent with the documentation, with the only change being an increase in Firefox support from version 50+ to 52+.
