File Size Limits

The legacy mobile recorder accepts recordings up to 5 GiB for accounts with paid subscriptions and 1 GiB for trial accounts. The limit applies to each recording.

The 5 GiB limit should be enough for most clients. The average file size on our platform during the 1st week of 2024 was 8,14 MB. If you need a higher limit, feel free to reach out to us.

If you attempt to upload a recording that exceeds the file size limit, the recording client will show a maximum allowed file size error message ( Maximum allowed file size is 5.00 GiB ).

This limit complements the same limit applied to recordings made by streaming or uploading through the recording client.
