MP4 Output

By default, Pipe transcodes all recordings into standard (non-fragmented) MP4 containers with H.264 video and AAC audio, preserving the source aspect ratio and resolution. To maximize playback compatibility, the moov atom is added/relocated to the beginning of the file (fast start), and missing duration metadata is calculated and added when missing. This ensures proper playback and seeking functionality across common media players and delivery methods, including local playback and HTTPS streaming.
